1.DO NOT SPEED. We do not condone speeding or anything else that may be a breach of the law.

2.DO NOT USE YOUR MOBILE PHONE WHILE OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE. This is common sense, and SPEEDCAMERA SMS do not recommend talking or smsing while driving.

3.Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the failure of sms's or for any delayes in receiving your reply. We use a third party to get the information to you, and sometimes circumstances out of our control may cause technical problems or delays. Please contact us if you do have any problems and we will endeavour to help you as much as possible.

4.Your moblie phone account will need to have premium billing activated. Most accounts in Australia have it automatically activated and if you do not, you will need to contact your service provider to have it activated.
Your mobile handset will also need to be able to send and receive text messages (sms). Most phones can do this, but certain older models may not have this funtion.

5.If you choose to use our service, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out above, and you will not hold us responsible or liable for any failures or delays in the service, or for any inaccuracies in the information that is sent to you.
