ABOUT SPEEDCAMERA SMS 

Speedcamera SMS uses a service set up by b33hive called Buzzwords. We receive our information from the lists that the Police issue each day. Although the service is currently only available in Perth, Western Australia, we will be providing the service in other major centers in Australia. 

Because the information will not fit into one sms, the locations have been broken up into three areas... north, south and central.
Sometimes when there is a large number of locations in an area, we are unable to include the name of the suburb in the sms message, as we are limited to 160 characters per message.

So remember, all you have to do is send a text message (sms) to the number 1889922 with the word "speedcamera" followed by the location they would like, and they receive an sms reply with the day's speedcamera locations.

speedcamera perth south
speedcamera perth central

The service can be used from a prepaid or a billed mobile phone.
